Before starting cooperation, the subcontractor must submit:

Copies of the following documents:

• entry into the Economic Court/National Court Register (KRS) or into the register of business activity,
• confirmation of the REGON (the National Official Business Register) number,
• NIP (Tax Identification Number) registration confirmation letter,
• valid forwarder’s liability insurance policy,
• Licence for International Transport by Road (domestic is also acceptable),
• drivers’ IDs,
• certificate of no criminal record,
• vehicle registration documents,
• vehicle insurance.
